Key Responsibilities:
Upload, manage, and update property listings on real estate portals
Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and compliant with portal guidelines
Coordinate with agents to collect property details, photos, and pricing
Monitor listing performance and make improvements to increase visibility
Remove outdated or unavailable listings promptly
Maintain organized records of listings and availability
Support sales and leasing teams with portal-related tasks
Requirements:
Experience managing real estate listings or online portals
Familiarity with portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, or similar
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication skills
Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
