Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Real Estate Investment Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of investment principles, market trends, and financial modeling. You will work closely with investors to identify profitable opportunities, assess risks, and guide them through the acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors Conduct market research, financial analysis, and feasibility studies Prepare investment proposals, ROI projections, and risk assessments Advise clients on portfolio diversification, asset performance, and exit strategies Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and financial institutions Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging investment zones Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction execution Meet and exceed performance targets related to investment sales and client acquisition
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, or asset management Strong understanding of UAE property laws, market dynamics, and investment vehicles Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
