We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused
Portal Specialist
to oversee and manage property listings across multiple real estate platforms. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, attentive to detail, and experienced in maintaining accurate, compliant, and high-quality listings while ensuring optimal online visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Upload, update, and manage property listings on real estate portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)
Ensure listings are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company branding standards
Monitor listing performance and visibility
Coordinate with agents to collect correct property details, photos, and prices
Remove expired or sold listings promptly
Handle portal accounts, subscriptions, and compliance requirements
Maintain organized records of all active and inactive listings
