Job Summary

We're looking for a high-energy, people-first Real Estate Partnerships Associate with a background in real estate sales or leasing, who's ready to pivot into the exciting world of startups. You'll be at the frontlines of our Real Estate Agent & Agency Partnerships, helping onboard brokers and firms to use Rentify as a tool to service their rental listings.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and build relationships with real estate agents and brokerage firms across Dubai Pitch the Rentify platform to agents as a powerful solution to offer monthly rent payments, rewards, and digital contracts for their clients Onboard new agent partners and guide them through product use Work with the product and operations teams to relay field feedback and improve the agent experience Support in organizing outreach campaigns, open-house activations, and training sessions for brokerage teams Maintain CRM records, partnership progress, and performance tracking

Qualifications and Requirements

Mandatory: Previous experience in Dubai real estate (sales or leasing) Passionate about proptech, fintech, and reshaping the real estate experience Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong relationship-building skills with a positive, go-getter attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment UAE driving license is a plus
