Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Real Estate Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate, eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering exceptional service to clients. You will assist in property transactions, generate leads, and support the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information on listings and market conditions
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and legal procedures
Support senior agents and brokers in managing property portfolios and closing deals
Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and follow-up
Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing and sales strategies
Represent the company at open houses, exhibitions, and industry events
Qualifications and Experience
1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related customer-facing role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market is an advantage
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
RERA or DMT certification is a plus
