Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on listings
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
Negotiate offers and close property transactions professionally
Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and new developments
Requirements
Previous experience in real estate sales or customer service (UAE experience preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
