[Job Overview]

This position needs to be based in Dubai and is responsible for the back-end support of the whole process of the real estate business. From the initial agreement signing, project developer docking, key "house grab" actions, to the follow-up customer performance management and marketing material production. You are the core node to ensure the smooth operation of the real estate business.

?Position Overview?

Based in Dubai, this role provides end-to-end operational support for our real estate business. You will be the core node ensuring smooth business operations--, from initial agency agreements and developer liaison to the high-stakes "unit grabbing" (Launch Day) phase, followed by client compliance management and marketing content creation.

[Core Responsibilities]

Developer docking and contract management:

Responsible for negotiating with major developers and signing agency agreements. Collect and organize the latest Events, Brokers Conference and Launch Party schedule of each developer.

Project panic buying and information acquisition:

Establish and maintain the developer's internal network and obtain project quotas in advance. On the day of the house grab, you need to go to the scene in person to strive for high-quality housing and quotas for customers.

Transaction process execution:

Responsible for the administrative guidelines for signing contracts between customers and developers, and managing international logistics (document delivery). Continuously track the progress of customer contributions, remind customers to make timely payments, and implement the commission payment process.

Marketing material creation and intelligence collection:

Go to the project site, press conference or exhibition room to shoot first-hand audio and video materials, and assist the marketing department in content production. Organize new project information into standardized materials required for the website. Collect information on large overseas real estate exhibitions in Dubai, Taiwan, Chinese mainland and other places. You need to appear in person to record real estate-related audio and video content (Instagram).

Collaboration across departments:

Translate the latest project updates to the product and customer service departments to ensure that the front-end business receives the most accurate sales support.

Developer Relations & Contract Management:

Negotiate and sign

Agency Agreements

with major developers. Collect and organize schedules for Developer Events, Broker conventions, and Launch Parties.

Inventory Securing & Information Acquisition:

Build and maintain internal networks within developers to secure early project quotas/allocations. Attend launches in person to secure premium units and quotas for clients during competitive "unit grabbing" events.

Transaction Execution & Compliance:

Provide administrative guidance for contract signings between clients and developers; manage international logistics for document shipping. Track client payment milestones, send timely payment reminders, and facilitate the commission payout process.

Marketing Content Creation & Market Intelligence:

Visit project sites, launches, or showrooms to capture first-hand video/photo assets for the marketing team. Standardize new project information for website listings. Gather intelligence on major overseas real estate exhibitions in Dubai, Taiwan, and Mainland China.

to record real estate-related video content (e.g., Instagram Reels/Stories).

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

Relay the latest project updates to Product and Customer Service departments to ensure the front-end team has accurate sales support.

Language skills:

proficient in English (necessary, need to communicate with the developer); those with Chinese communication skills are preferred.

Residence Requirements:

Must currently reside in Dubai.

Industry background:

Experience in Dubai real estate, familiar with the local real estate transaction process and popular areas.

Core competencies:

Possessing excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to handle high-pressure house grabs. Possessing basic photography and aesthetics, able to shoot textured real estate marketing materials. Clear logic, able to handle the progress control and document transactions of multiple projects simultaneously. Strong file management and administrative skills, able to handle large amounts of project data in an orderly manner. Sincere and responsible, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Soft power:

?Requirements?

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in English (Required for developer negotiations); proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.

Residency:

Must currently reside in Dubai.

Industry Background:

Prior experience in the Dubai real estate market; familiar with local transaction processes and high-demand districts.

Core Competencies:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to thrive in high-pressure launch environments. Basic photography skills and a keen aesthetic eye for capturing high-quality marketing assets. Strong logical thinking with the ability to manage multiple project timelines and documentation simultaneously. Exceptional file management and administrative skills for organizing large volumes of project data. Sincere, responsible, and possessed of strong coordination abilities.
