Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
off-plan properties
from leading developers such as Aldar, IMKAN, and Reportage
Guide clients through the
entire off-plan purchase process
, from project selection to handover
Provide detailed information on
payment plans, project timelines, and ROI projections
Build and maintain a strong network of investors and buyers interested in pre-construction opportunities
Stay updated on
new project launches
, market trends, and regulatory changes
Represent the company at
property exhibitions, roadshows, and client events
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in
off-plan real estate sales
, preferably in Abu Dhabi
Strong understanding of
UAE property laws
and off-plan transaction procedures
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Valid
UAE real estate license
and
driving license
preferred
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is an advantage
