Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and engage potential buyers and investors interested in off-plan properties.
Developer Relations:
Build strong partnerships with developers to access exclusive project listings.
Market Research:
Stay updated on upcoming developments, pricing trends, and investment opportunities.
Sales & Negotiation:
Guide clients through the off-plan purchasing process and negotiate favorable terms.
Legal & Compliance:
Ensure transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and developer agreements.
Marketing & Promotion:
Utilize digital platforms and traditional marketing strategies to attract clients.
Financial Advisory:
Provide insights on payment plans, ROI projections, and investment benefits.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in real estate sales
(preferably off-plan).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's off-plan real estate market.
Fluency in English (Russian, Italian, or German is a plus).
UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
