Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell off-plan properties from top developers, showcasing project details, payment plans, and future value potential. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and ensuring a seamless sales experience. Stay updated on new off-plan projects, market trends, and developer offerings in Abu Dhabi's dynamic real estate market. Conduct property presentations and tours to educate clients about off-plan investments. Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complies with UAE property laws. Collaborate with developers to access and market exclusive off-plan properties effectively. Provide investment advice, including insights into ROI (Return on Investment) and long-term property value appreciation. Assist clients with the entire off-plan purchase process, including payment milestones and project handovers.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience in selling off-plan properties or working with developers in Abu Dhabi. Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills. Comprehensive knowledge of UAE property laws, particularly related to off-plan transactions. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and access to transportation.
