Role Overview

The Real Estate Negotiator will be responsible for managing property inquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth transactions for both buyers and sellers. This role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and a proactive approach to client service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle property inquiries from prospective buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients. Negotiate offers and finalize agreements in line with company standards. Maintain updated knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, pricing, and trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business. Prepare necessary documentation and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Real Estate Negotiator or Agent in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred). Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills. Professional appearance and customer?focused attitude. Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle. Ability to work independently and meet performance targets. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
