Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and persuasive Real Estate Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication and deal-closing abilities, a deep understanding of property transactions, and a passion for delivering value to clients. You will be responsible for managing negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, ensuring successful outcomes for all parties.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate negotiations for property sales, purchases, and leases
Represent clients' interests with professionalism and integrity
Provide expert advice on pricing, market trends, and legal procedures
Coordinate with agents, developers, and legal teams to finalize deals
Prepare and review contracts, offers, and related documentation
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Achieve monthly performance targets and contribute to team success
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate negotiations or sales
Strong understanding of the UAE property market and legal frameworks
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital tools
Professional demeanor, detail-oriented, and client-focused
