Role Overview
As a
Real Estate Negotiator
, you will play a key role in facilitating successful property transactions by guiding clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. You will represent the company with integrity, market knowledge, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate property sales and purchases on behalf of clients.
Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and follow?ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate market, regulations, and new developments.
Manage a pipeline of leads and maintain accurate client records.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales and negotiation targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in real estate sales or negotiation roles is preferred.
Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's property market is an advantage.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Professional, confident, and client?focused approach.
Self?motivated, target?driven, and able to work independently.
Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
UAE driving license preferred.
