Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and persuasive Real Estate Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in property sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently and professionally. You will act as a key liaison between buyers, sellers, and developers, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate property sales and leasing agreements on behalf of clients
Advise clients on pricing strategies, market conditions, and investment potential
Conduct property viewings and manage client communications throughout the sales cycle
Collaborate with legal and financial teams to facilitate seamless transactions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property listings, and regulatory changes
Build and manage a portfolio of clients through networking and lead generation
Ensure all documentation and contracts comply with UAE property laws
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or negotiation
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
Excellent communication, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are an advantage
Professional appearance and client-focused approach
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
UAE driving license preferred
