Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven
Real Estate Negotiator
to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, and the ability to secure favorable deals for clients while maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate property transactions, ensuring the best possible terms for clients.
Act as a liaison between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to facilitate smooth deals.
Conduct market research to assess property values and investment opportunities.
Provide expert advice on pricing strategies, contract terms, and legal requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
Stay updated on real estate regulations, market trends, and industry developments.
Develop and implement effective negotiation strategies to maximize profitability.
Ensure all transactions comply with UAE property laws and company policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate negotiations, sales, or leasing, preferably in the UAE market.
Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate laws and regulations.
UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
