Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage negotiations between buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.
Prepare, present, and revise offers, counteroffers, and contractual terms.
Analyze client needs and market conditions to support negotiation strategies.
Ensure all negotiations comply with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
Collaborate with sales agents, brokers, and internal teams to support deal closures.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of negotiation activities.
Provide clients with clear guidance throughout the negotiation and closing process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate negotiation, sales, or brokerage.
Strong understanding of UAE real estate regulations and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and conflict?resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
UAE real estate experience preferred.
