Lead negotiations
for property sales, purchases, and leasing agreements. Develop and implementstrategic negotiation tactics

to finalize transactions. Ensure compliance withlocal real estate laws and regulations

. Stay updated onAbu Dhabi's real estate market
and emerging trends.Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience
in real estate sales and negotiations. Strongcommunication and persuasion skills
. In-depth knowledge ofAbu Dhabi's property market
. Ability to handlehigh-value transactions
with professionalism. Familiarity withreal estate contracts, legal frameworks, and financial aspects
. Excellentproblem-solving and decision-making abilities
