Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage negotiations between buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.
Analyze client needs and market conditions to support negotiation strategies.
Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contractual terms.
Ensure all negotiations comply with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with sales agents, brokers, and internal teams to support deal closures.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all negotiation activities.
Provide clients with clear guidance throughout the negotiation and closing process.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support long?term business growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate negotiation, sales, or brokerage.
Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws, processes, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and conflict?resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
UAE real estate experience preferred.
