Key Responsibilities
Lead negotiations for residential and commercial property transactions
Advise clients on pricing strategies, contract terms, and market positioning
Collaborate with agents, legal teams, and developers to structure deals
Analyze market data to support negotiation strategies and client recommendations
Resolve conflicts and overcome objections to ensure smooth closings
Maintain detailed records of negotiations, contracts, and client communications
Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate negotiations or brokerage
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and transaction processes
Excellent communication, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously under pressure
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage
Professional demeanor with a client-first approach
Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate documentation
UAE real estate license preferred
