Real Estate Manager / Team Lead
to oversee a team of property consultants specializing inoff-plan, secondary, and commercial sales
. This is acommission-only
role, ideal for an experienced closer and motivator who can drive team performance and achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate agents. Manage client relationships and high-value property transactions. Oversee daily team activities and ensure target achievement. Coordinate with developers and manage exclusive listings. Monitor market trends and provide strategic sales insights.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of Dubai real estate experience
(leadership experience preferred). Deep understanding ofoff-plan, secondary, and commercial
markets. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. RERA certification (preferred). Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented.What We Offer:
