Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 10 real estate agents.
Oversee daily sales operations and ensure all KPIs and targets are met.
Develop sales strategies for secondary and off-plan properties.
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
Build strong relationships with clients and major developers.
Distribute leads, monitor follow-ups, and maintain quality service standards.
Stay updated with market trends, new project launches, and pricing.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
Requirements
Minimum
4 years of experience
in real estate in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of
secondary market
and
off-plan
sales.
Previous experience managing a team.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
RERA certification is an advantage.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
