Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies for off-plan, luxury, and residential properties.
Identify and convert high-value prospects, building strong client relationships.
Track market trends and competitor activity to maximize opportunities.
Mentor and coach the sales team to ensure top performance.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analytics for senior management.
Represent the company at property exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven track record in real estate sales, with a focus on high-value properties.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
