The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities for the real estate sales team. This role involves researching potential clients, managing leads through online/offline channels, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through various platforms such as property portals, social media, cold calling, and referrals.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead information.
Schedule meetings or property viewings for the sales team.
Coordinate with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract potential clients.
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel.
Conduct market research to identify potential areas and target audiences.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Provide regular reports on lead status, conversion, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation or real estate sales (UAE experience preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office.
Knowledge of real estate trends, property portals, and online marketing tools.
