results-driven Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist

to create and manage high-performing campaigns that deliver qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, execute, and optimize

paid ad campaigns

(Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok).

Generate

high-quality real estate leads

for off-plan and ready projects.

Track and analyze

CPL, CTR, ROI

, and optimize for better conversions.

Coordinate with sales team for

lead follow-up and closing alignment

.

Manage

email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns

.

Stay updated on

real estate market trends

and audience insights.

Use

CRM tools

to manage, track, and report lead performance.

Requirements



2-5 years

of proven experience in

real estate lead generation (UAE market)

.

Strong knowledge of

Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, CRM systems

.

Experience with

Dubai real estate portals

(Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Can

join immediately or within 15 days

.

Highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
