Lead Generation Specialist

with real estate experience to support our acquisitions, sales, and recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Outreach



Generate qualified real estate and investor leads through research, digital outreach, cold calling, and marketing campaigns. Use real estate platforms (e.g., Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, LoopNet, MLS) and social media to identify opportunities and connect with prospects. Send up to 500 daily WhatsApp messages using lead generation tools; manage responses and forward qualified leads to the sales team. Conduct outreach via email, phone, and messaging platforms to engage leads and schedule appointments. Track performance metrics (e.g., response rates, lead conversions) and optimize lead generation strategies.

CRM & Database Management



Build and maintain a detailed and accurate lead database using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. Ensure timely follow-ups and efficient lead management through proper tagging, segmentation, and workflow automation.

Agent Recruitment Support



Source and recruit real estate agents operating on a 100% commission model. Network with brokers and coordinate daily outreach for agent acquisition. Schedule and facilitate the first round of interviews in collaboration with HR or sales leadership.

Property Listing Management



Upload, update, and maintain property listings on the NineStar Properties website. Ensure all listings include accurate descriptions, visuals, pricing, and status updates.

Market Monitoring



Stay current with local market trends, property valuations, and competitive activity. Use insights to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality.

Requirements:



2+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably within the real estate industry. Proven track record of generating and qualifying leads through multiple channels. Familiarity with CRM systems, real estate databases, and digital outreach tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of managing high volumes of outreach. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in residential or investment real estate. Background in inside sales, cold calling, or real estate marketing. Familiarity with lead nurturing, scoring models, and automation tools. Understanding of real estate investment principles and market analysis.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
