We're Hiring: Graphic Designer

Join us! We're looking for a creative Real Estate Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio to craft compelling visuals across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visuals for web, social media, print, and ads aligned with brand goals Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and promotional content Create logos, brochures, infographics, motion graphics, and more Ensure design accuracy and brand consistency Organize digital assets and meet project deadlines Stay current with design trends and tools

Qualifications:

2-3 years of professional design experience Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Strong grasp of design principles, UX, typography, and layout Experience with social media content creation Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and a great communicator

Real estate design experience is a MUST

Tools & Software Proficiency:

Design & Illustration

Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Figma: UI/UX design and prototyping Canva Pro: Rapid content creation and brand management

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects CapCut for Business Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve (preferred but optional) Runway ML: AI-powered video editing

AI-Driven Design Tools

Adobe Firefly: AI-assisted image and content generation DALLE: Concept art and creative ideation Midjourney: High-quality AI visual creation Remove.bg / Cleanup.pictures: Smart background removal and photo cleanup

Animation & 3D Visualization

LottieFiles: Lightweight animations for web and mobile Blender or Cinema 4D (optional): Advanced 3D modeling and rendering Spline: Interactive 3D visuals for web experiences
