About the Role
We are looking for a creative and multi-talented Graphic Designer with strong experience in real estate Graphic Designer, videography, and photography. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content to support our Brand, social media campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging marketing materials for real estate campaigns including social media posts, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties (interior, exterior, drone shots preferred).
Create and edit promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and agent content for marketing and branding.
Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
Edit photos and videos to ensure they meet brand and quality standards.
Manage and organize visual assets for quick and easy access.
Stay updated with current real estate and design trends to enhance brand visuals.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Videographer, and Photographer (preferably in the real estate industry).
Proficient in design and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom.
Strong understanding of real estate marketing visuals and social media aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Creative eye for detail, composition, and color grading.
Basic knowledge of drone photography is a plus.
Must have own equipment (camera, drone, etc.) - preferred but not mandatory.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE real estate sector.
Portfolio showcasing real estate work is mandatory.
