Marketing & Social Media Executive

to drive our brand presence, create engaging content, and manage all digital marketing activities. If you have a flair for storytelling, an eye for aesthetics, and solid marketing skills we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the company's presence across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Plan, create, and publish engaging multimedia content -- including Reels, photos, and videos -- tailored to our target audience Conduct photography and videography for property listings, events, and promotional content Promote listings on real estate portals and digital platforms to drive visibility and inquiries Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and website traffic using analytics tools Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, etc.) Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and competitive

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing role (real estate industry preferred) Solid understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and current trends Experience in content creation, video editing, and basic graphic design Photography/videography skills for on-site property shoots Knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and portals is a plus Proactive, creative, organized, and able to work independently Strong communication skills and attention to detail

What We Offer:

Fixed salary: AED 2,500 - AED 3,500 per month
