to join our growing Real Estate team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, generate qualified leads, and support overall sales efforts--particularly for the real estate sector. You will work across multiple digital platforms to create engaging campaigns, optimize performance, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
Plan and execute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
Develop and implement SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to drive qualified traffic and improve lead conversion rates.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align digital campaigns with sales goals and property launches.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube).
Create and schedule engaging, on-brand content to increase engagement, followers, and lead generation.
Monitor trends and implement real-time content strategies, especially around real estate launches or promotions.
Website & Landing Pages
Manage and update company websites, microsites, and landing pages to ensure they are optimized for UX and SEO.
Work with web developers and designers to implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) best practices.
Lead Generation & CRM Integration
Run targeted digital lead generation campaigns focused on capturing high-intent real estate buyers and investors.
Monitor and optimize lead flow into CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and ensure data accuracy.
Email Marketing & Automation
Create and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
Segment databases and deliver personalized drip campaigns, newsletters, and follow-ups.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to improve ROI and KPIs.
Collaboration & Support
Work with the creative team to produce compelling visuals, videos, and written content.
Support offline marketing initiatives with digital amplification when needed.
Stay updated on digital trends, Google algorithm updates, and platform changes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
Proven experience in running performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and marketing automation.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and WordPress.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, Russian, or Mandarin is a plus.
Creative thinking, analytical mindset, and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in luxury or off-plan real estate marketing.
Basic graphic design/video editing skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Familiarity with lead nurturing workflows and remarking strategies.
