We are looking for a passionate and results-driven

Real Estate Digital Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing initiatives and promote our portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing, and brand development, and possess exceptional project management skills to execute innovative marketing strategies that boost visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for property launches, promotions, and events. Manage digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media efforts. Create engaging content for marketing collateral, websites, and social media platforms. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for multimedia projects and promotional materials. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and target customer preferences. Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales targets. Manage marketing budgets and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and overall performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Russian Language is a plus.
