Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused

Relationship Manager

to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate development, a deep understanding of the Dubai property market, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients Understand client needs and offer tailored property solutions Act as the point of contact between clients and the sales/marketing teams Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property inventory, and competitor activity Provide consistent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Participate in property exhibitions, networking events, and other promotional activities

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience working with a

real estate developer

in the UAE (mandatory) Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market, especially luxury developments Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Presentable, confident, and client-oriented Immediate availability is a plus
