Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Consultant with a proven track record in property sales and client advisory. The ideal candidate will bring strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high-value transactions with professionalism and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on property investments, market trends, and legal procedures
Manage and promote exclusive property listings across Abu Dhabi
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes
Stay informed about new developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or consultancy
Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's property market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
UAE real estate license required or willingness to obtain one
Professional, proactive, and results-oriented
