: Real Estate Consultant - Dubai Off-Plan Properties

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell off-plan properties from top developers across Dubai Female-friendly work environment Provide expert advice to clients on investment opportunities, payment plans, ROI, and project details Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ongoing and upcoming off-plan developments Build and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and lead generation Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits Support clients through the entire sales process, including booking, documentation, and handover coordination Work closely with developers and internal marketing teams to stay aligned with promotional campaigns Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in off-plan sales Strong understanding of the Dubai off-plan market and developer portfolios Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills Professional presentation and communication skills Ability to build lasting client relationships and handle objections effectively Familiarity with RERA regulations and Dubai property transaction procedures Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively Multilingual abilities are a plus

Compensation:

Basic Salary + Competitive Commission Structure
