A Real Estate Consultant provides strategic guidance to clients on property acquisition, investment, leasing, and development. This role requires deep market knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions to both individual and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on property purchases, sales, and leasing opportunities
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support investment decisions
Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and transaction processes
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local regulations, developer offerings, and market trends
Build and manage a portfolio of clients, including investors, developers, and end-users
Collaborate with legal, financial, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate consulting, sales, or brokerage (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and regulatory environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing platforms
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
UAE driving license preferred
