Emirati national
for the position of
Real estate Sales Manager
within our real estate division. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the UAE real estate sector and a solid understanding of the local property market, with a proven ability to drive business growth and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and revenue growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and successful deal closures.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the UAE real estate market.
Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits to promote project offerings.
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market trends and organizational goals.
Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions and client onboarding.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Requirements:
UAE National (Emirati)
- required under Emiratization guidelines.
Willing to work in Real estate market
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, especially off-plan and ready properties.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
