Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic
Real Estate Consultant
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. This is a target-driven role with a basic salary and attractive commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct property viewings and accompany clients throughout the sales or leasing process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry trends.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
Prepare and present property listings and proposals to clients.
Negotiate deals and ensure all documentation and legal formalities are completed.
Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, and clients.
Stay updated with RERA regulations and ensure compliance in all transactions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
