Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the local real estate market and will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients looking to buy, sell, or lease properties. This role requires a proactive approach to client management, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. The Real Estate Consultant will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of real estate transactions while ensuring a seamless experience.
Responsibilities: * Conduct market research to identify properties that meet clients' needs and preferences.

  • Assist clients in understanding the buying, selling, and leasing processes, providing them with valuable insights and expert advice.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry, including developers, property owners, and other real estate professionals.
  • Prepare and present property presentations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits of each property.
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented throughout the transaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations affecting the real estate industry in Dubai.
  • Manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.
  • Utilize digital marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive market analysis reports to help them make informed decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all local real estate laws and regulations during transactions.
Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant or in a similar role, with a track record of successful transactions.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and local property laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
  • Proficient in using real estate software and tools, as well as digital marketing platforms.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • A valid real estate license in Dubai is preferred.
?Compensation Structure
  • 60% commission on company-generated leads.
  • 70% commission on self-generated (personal) leads.
