We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Consultant to provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property transactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property valuations, market analyses, and comparative market studies.
Develop and maintain a portfolio of properties and prospective clients.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
Negotiate terms and agreements between buyers, sellers, and landlords/tenants.
Coordinate and conduct property viewings and inspections.
Prepare necessary documentation such as contracts, agreements, and reports.
Keep updated with market trends, government regulations, and financing options.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant, Agent, or similar role.
In-depth understanding of real estate markets and best practices.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Customer-service oriented and result-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
