Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities. The role requires strong negotiation skills, customer service excellence, and in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. Provide professional advice on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements. Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the sales and leasing process. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms. Prepare and present offers, contracts, and necessary documentation. Stay updated with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends. Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction. Collaborate with other agents, brokers, and developers to close deals effectively.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Real Estate Consultant, Sales Agent, or similar role. Strong knowledge of the local property market and real estate laws. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office; familiarity with property listing platforms is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
