Key Responsibilities
Generate, manage, and close property sales and leasing deals
Handle client inquiries and conduct property viewings
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
Advise clients on Dubai real estate market trends and investment opportunities
Convert company-provided leads into successful closings
Manage listings and inventory across major real estate portals
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Negotiate contracts and finalize transactions professionally
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience in UAE real estate sales
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market
Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
Active leads and strong property inventory preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment
Self-motivated with a growth-oriented attitude
What We Offer
Salary:
AED 3,000 - AED 5,000 (based on experience)
Commission:
50% commission on successful closings
