We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on real estate investment opportunities, sales, leasing, and property management services. You will help buyers, sellers, and investors make informed decisions by providing expert advice and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
Assist buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in property transactions.
Conduct property viewings, open houses, and site visits.
Provide detailed information on properties, market trends, pricing, and neighborhoods.
Negotiate deals and finalize agreements in the best interest of clients.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Stay updated on local real estate market trends, laws, and policies.
Promote properties through online listings, networking, and marketing campaigns.
Prepare necessary documentation including contracts, agreements, and reports.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders (lawyers, developers, mortgage advisors, etc.).
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant, Agent, or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market .
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
