Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Dubai property market.
Analyze market trends, property values, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and retention.
Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and provide ongoing support to the sales team.
Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and brand visibility.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in Dubai real estate.
Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market, including freehold areas and off-plan projects.
RERA certification is a plus.
Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
