Key Responsibilities
Handle property sales and leasing inquiries and guide clients through the full transaction process.
Manage listings, conduct viewings, and maintain client relationships.
Source new property listings and maintain a strong understanding of current market trends.
Negotiate deals with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Ensure compliance with company standards and RERA regulations.
Coordinate with the marketing and back-office teams for listing promotions and paperwork.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of Dubai and/or Abu Dhabi property markets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Own car and valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
