Wizhull Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage LLC is looking for dynamic, driven, and knowledgeable Real Estate Sales Agents to join our fast-growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in real estate sales and a solid understanding of the UAE real estate market and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties in the UAE

Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process

Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Conduct property viewings and negotiations

Stay updated with current market trends, prices, and legal requirements

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred)

Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations is a must

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized

Ability to work independently and within a team

Must have a valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
