The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for leading property transactions, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing agents under their supervision. Key Responsibilities:
Manage, supervise, and support a team of real estate agents to achieve sales and leasing targets.
Source new property listings and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and clients.
Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing properties.
Negotiate property sales and rental agreements while ensuring favorable terms for clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to provide insights.
Handle high-value property transactions and assist in closing complex deals.
Develop marketing strategies to promote listings and generate leads.
Train, mentor, and motivate agents to enhance performance and professionalism.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker in sales and leasing.
Strong knowledge of local property market trends and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
