What You'll Do

• Negotiate and close property deals with a focus on win-win outcomes
• Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Stay informed on the latest market shifts, legal updates, and listing platforms
• Represent the VOTA brand with professionalism and confidence at all times

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in the Dubai market
• At least 4 completed sales transactions
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with CRM platforms, listing tools, and digital marketing basics
• Real estate license is a plus, but not mandatory
• Self-starter mindset with a strong work ethic and hunger for success
• New to real estate? We provide hands-on training and mentorship
