Job Description
Experienced Real Estate Broker (Off plan / Leasing Specialist)
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, or investors. Understand client needs and offer tailored property solutions. Schedule and conduct property viewings. Handle negotiations between Sellers /Buyers or tenants/landlords. Stay updated with market trends, new projects, and competitor activities. Match client requirements with available properties accurately. Ensure all paperwork, legal documentation, and contracts are complete and compliant.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 Years of experience in the Dubai real estate market(including off plan, leasing, secondary, and commercial). Knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market trends. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Knowledge in using real estate software and online marketing platforms. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
