Experienced Real Estate Broker (OFF-Plan specialist / Leasing Specialist)

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, or tenants. Understand client needs and offer tailored property solutions. Schedule and conduct property viewings. Handle negotiations between buyers/sellers or tenants/landlords. Stay updated with market trends, new projects, and competitor activities. Match client requirements with available properties accurately. Assist in buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties residential and commercial properties. Ensure all paperwork, legal documentation, and contracts are complete and compliant.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 Years of experience in the Dubai real estate market(including off-plan, secondary, commercial, and property management). Knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market trends. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Knowledge in using real estate software and online marketing platforms. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
