Key Responsibilities
Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in residential and commercial property transactions
Leverage your development experience to assess property potential and advise clients accordingly
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and integrity
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and competitive listings
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing, lead generation, and deal execution
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or property development
Fluent in
Russian
and
French
; communicative proficiency in
English
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is a plus
RERA certification is preferred but not mandatory
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
Base Salary:
AED 8,000-12,000/month
Commission:
Competitive structure, to be discussed during interview
