Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
Generate and manage leads through various channels.
Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice.
Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transaction processes.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and regulations.
List properties on major portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams to manage documentation and support services.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales in the UAE.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with real estate CRMs and online listing platforms.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
Preferably with valid UAE driving license
